Our couriers are both fast and reliable; providing products are in stock we will deliver within 2-3 working days. We also provide a “next day delivery” service, which is available to all our mainland U.K. customers at an extra charge. Please contact your local sales rep/line for more information.

Returns
Damaged or faulty goods can be returned via our sales representatives or our courier service. Goods which are returned and are not faulty will be subject to a restocking charge. Non-faulty goods can only be returned if: • Products are unused and packaged in perfect condition. • You have contacted your local representative/sales office and completed a “returns form” • An XI returns form along with a copy of the original invoice accompanies the products being returned. • The products were supplied no more than 14 days prior to return.
