Reader in International Business and Economic Geography in the Department of Management, University of Bristol, UK. My academic background is in production supply chains (from a political economy perspective) in a range of industry sectors including automotive, retail, telecommunications, film and television, garments and cocoa. I have conducted research on digital fabrication, spending time in FabLabs. I've examined how entrepreneurs use FabLabs and have published a guide on how to set up and run FabLabs. I currently work on additive manufacturing, examining how this new technology is impacting on manufacturing.
