THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN RASHIDIYA , DUBAI , UAE. AL RASHIDIYA IS A RESIDENTIAL SUBURB IN DUBAI. IT IS ONE OF THE FEW PLACES WHERE EMIRATIS STARTED LIVING AROUND THE 1970S , BEFORE DUBAI HAD STARTED TO GROW. TODAY IT IS ONE OF THE MOST ACTIVE HUBS DUE TO THE NEARBY METRO STATION ACTIVITY. GRADUALLY , THERE HAS BEEN AN INCREASE IN EXPAT POPULATION AND A DECREASE OF EMIRATE FAMILIES. THE PROJECT AIMS TO ENHANCE THE LIVABILITY OF THAT AREA. WHILE FOCUSING ON STRATEGIES WHICH CATER TO BOTH THE EXPATS AND LOCALS.
