Office and helpdesk manager: ref 0030 This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the best teams around – a really fun and entrepreneurial team who have a giggle while also working hard. We expect you to…  Manage the helpdesks for our communities and panels. The office manager role isn’t full time, so you’ll also be managing our helpdesks. This involves answering member queries relating to the communities – everything from what to do if they’ve forgotten their password through to flagging customer services issues that our clients need to deal with. This aspect of the role would take up 80-90% of your time.  Act as office manager and keep us all organised: everything from answering the phone, to recording when people are on holiday and ordering stationery.  Working with a number of different team members to constantly improve the work that we do. You are the type of person who…  Is incredibly organised – you have fantastic time management skills and juggle and prioritise many tasks  Has fantastic communication and people skills  Is fanatical about doing a good job  Is fluent in English and enjoys writing  Is IT literate, comfortable picking up new software systems, and a speedy typist Practicalities  Location: Central London office (see www.addverve.com/get-in-touch.htm) with some travel to client offices  Contract type: Full-time
