Operations Director: ref 0033 We expect you to…  Take ultimate responsible for all projects managed by direct and indirect reports with a strong focus on maximising both quality and productivity. Projects will vary in scope and length and will cover the initial design and build of communities, the on-going management of communities and the provision of fieldwork services through our communities.  Leading, inspiring, managing and developing three separate teams (Design, Development, Fieldwork and Project Mgt) focusing on operational excellence, building relationships and facilitating a delivery environment where client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.  Ensure the highest levels of delivery and data integrity to clients, establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for the measurement of client satisfaction, operational quality, monitoring/measuring/reporting on effective use of operational resources, opportunities and development opportunities. Taking ownership for continually improving all operational processes and reporting on this to the UK Management team.  Maintain and support all operational activities as well as the IT solutions that provide the infrastructure for such operational tasks. Overtime, this many include the selection and management of outsourced partners. You are the type of person who…  Has a proven track record of leadership and team management – ideally you will have previously held a management position where you can demonstrate leadership, management and development of team members.  Has a proven track record in establishing and improving operational processes – ideally within an agency environment. You will have demonstrable experience of establishing and improving key operational metrics.  Has a strong aptitude for technology and a strong interest in how technologies enable our clients to improve the dialogue with their customers. Has management experience of a technology based operational environment – including knowledge and exposure to managing the installation of third party software.  Is looking for an opportunity to take a high degree of responsibility and ownership core operations.
