Playing at a highly competitive level of Hockey and Cricket throughout the year provides a wide social backdrop, and strong team ethic. My most recent achievements include Men’s North Premier league champions with Doncaster hockey club 2013-14, Bucs league and Bucs cup champions 2012-13 with Leeds Met Carnegie Hockey, Men’s South Premier 2 league champions 2012-13 with Sutton Valance Hockey Club and Men’s Kent and Sussex Regional Premier league champions 2011-12 with Sutton Valance Hockey Club. Being an active person I also part take in various additional sports including Tennis, Golf (Both played at a competitive level), Skiing, Kite Buggying and Kayaking. In 2008 I ran the London Marathon to raise money for NCH (National Children Homes)

Richard Gill Architects, Cranbrook, Kent. October 2011- September 2012 Part 1 year out placement. I was able to gain a full year in a small practice working on domestic projects where I worked in conjunction with the architect as a key part of the design, planning and consultation team. Privately employed Carer, Kent. December 2010 – Present Aiding disabled children with physical and learning difficulties Sutton Valence Preparatory School, Sutton Valence, Kent. June – July 2010 Assistant reception teacher, engaged with young children, aiding them in reading, writing, maths and physical Interaction. The Outdoor Group LTD, Blacks and Millets, Maidstone, Kent. October 2006 – December 2010 Sales Assistant, attended to customers informing them on the technologies behind equipment and what would be suitable for their needs. As well as taking money, handling banking an also running weekend offsite tent and camping accessory shows.

Voluntary Work
In June 2011, as part of Leeds Met Carnegie Hockey, we completed the National 3 peaks challenge within 24 hours to raise money for The NSPCC. In 2006 I volunteered as an Assistant hockey coach, on a 10-week programme, working to encourage Hockey in Primary School education. My enthusiasm for sport has also Inspired me to assist in coaching the Junior section of Staplehurst Cricket Club, developing the aspirations of future generations.
