Over his career, Lou has directed projects valued in excess of $1.5 billion in over 50 markets worldwide John Morrissey, SIOR is a founding partner and, along with heading the transaction division, John developed and oversees the CRE division which offers innovative transaction management and real estate strategies to large and mid-market companies. John has also coordinated client projects in South America, Europe and Australia. Pete Davisson, SIOR, CCIM is a founding partner with more than 40 years of national sales experience. He has been involved in over 1,000 transactions totaling in excess of 3 million square feet of space and $700 million in sales and leasing. Pete has experience representing both Landlords and tenants. Cate Sennett, Esq. leads the Advisory Services Division. Cate and her team of attorneys and international lease analysts abstract thousands of leases a year. Her team’s reputation has made it one of the most sought after divisions for custom-tailored data management. Cate has been recognized as one the top women leaders in the Philadelphia region.
