spring programme 2013 welcome a little about us Stepping Stone Studios is Maidstone’s fi rst community art space. Built upon the principles of Creativity, Community and Collaboration, we aim to provide arts activites and alternative social evenings for all! 10AM – 3PM we open our doors to a contemporary gallery space and cafe, serving homecooked healthy food, whilst holding a programme of workshops upstairs in the studio. Including drawing, sculpture, painting and play groups – the workshop programme aims to offer quality creative classes convenient for everyone. In the evening 6PM- LATE the bar opens to our timetable of film nights, jam sessions, live music, comedy, jazz evenings. Evening classes are also available for our working art hobbyists. Our aim is simple – to represent and promote local creative culture and arts and to provide a cool alternative dimension to Maidstone’s night life.
