Web Ecommerce This project detailed designing a website around a specific product or service offered by a pre-existing, local business. John White, a clothing boutique, was chosen for they offered a variety of clothing and accessories available for both men and women. Their unique tuxedo rental services were highlighted and featured a discount detailing: Any “first-time� rentee will receive 50% off his or her tuxedo one they enter the promo code: Tux 2019.

PopAid ÂBrochure Challenged group cooperation to produce and brand a realistic, futuristic, and marketable product. PopAid is a medicinal alternative for children who have difficulty taking traditional medication in pill or liquid form. It is gum that alleviates common ailments children suffer: headaches, stomaches, and allergies. The gum is available in three flavors: bubble gum, fruit, and mint.
With the target audience being children and parents of children, the overall design and colors scheme had to be playful yet professional.
Dinos to Birds Magazine Layout Illustration showcasing the manipulation of paper in designing a print publication. Took inspiration from a Sherwin Williams ad depicting their paint swatches are as vast and beautiful as nature. Focused on birds because their various feather patterns and colors worked well with the specific paper medium. Editorial choice was National Geographic due to their numerous publications on the science of evolution. Bird evolution from dinosaurs was a good choice to for publication design.
Designed a full page spread on the cassowary considered a “living fossil�.
Feed The Future Skateboard
Construct a skateboard design showcasing a resistance cause based on the style of an artist or art movement. Resistance is child hunger and art style is Post Modern design. Over 12 million children in the U.S. live in households that don’t have enough food. One in 7 children struggle with hunger in the U.S. Art style is based off of Nathalie du Pasquier’s illustrations. Her illustrations mimic those of a child’s coloring something.

Style Guide Designing and branding a foodtruck restaurant serving cuisine from a different culture. Chose Japanese culture due to their ability to prepare a wide variety of unique, traditional noodle dishes. Boru is the Japanese word for noodle and the foodtruck serves various ramen noodle dishes. Colors are based off of the Japanese flag and the traditional colors of Japan, and the pattern consists of the Japanese characters (kangi) used for “noodle�.

Also, designed the exterior of the food truck. Goal for the foodtruck and packaging is to stand out among food trucks.

Issue based on the description of the Racial Justice Act legislation in North Carolina. Placed in the Times magazine layout. Times is known for its coverage over social issues national and internationally.
Kindness ÂInfographic Illustrating the passage of time on any subject or medium. Exploring the effects of acts on kindness has on blood pressure and heart health. Also explores how aggaravating scenarios have on the heart and how kindness can remedy it.

Illustrator Tribute Tasked with replicating an illustration style and producing a print piece. Based off the designs of Quentin Blake best known for illustrating the children’s books by Roald Dahl ohn White. Chose Quentin Blake because his illustrations evoke senses of nostalgia and the joys of childhood wonder and imagination.

RiseUp Senior Capstone RiseUp Therapeutic Recreational Center RiseUp is designed to promote health and wellness through numerous, creative, recreational methods. It is also meant to reduce or eliminate physical and mental activity limitations and restrictions caused by an illness or disabling condition. Concept and branding showcases the beneficial importance and clinical impact of recreational therapy. Recreational therapy is the purposeful, systematic process utilizing recreation and other activity-based interntions addressing the specific needs of individuals.
Colors and type selection convey a sense of professionalism while still being bright, exciting, and tranquil.
