CITY CENTRUM | BANGLORE | INDIA | 06 The concept was to make all the buildings look inwards thus making it an introverted design and hence gives the public plaza more focus. There is an easy accessibility from the plaza to all the surrounding buildings. Plaza will also act as a passage to the pedestrian who wants to go to the other side of the road. the building has connectivity on both sides of the road that also will attract more visitors and thus making the commercial place more valuable.

City Centrum is planned as a mixed land use, urban complex in the heart of the CBD, Bangalore, bound by MG road and church street and to eventually become the spine connector, The building planned to be a retail and public space complex, combining to become a single urban core. The project consists of the business class hotel with 40 rooms, coffee shops lounge bar, and ball room. The lower floors are open to the public with retail space, Food Courts, Public Plaza, other amenities include office space, information center, shopping places supermarket, reading place.

Main concept of this project is to make open room class rooms instead of traditional closed classes. also to merge the building with surrounding landscape and site. according to funcitonality the building seperated into 3 main blocks. and each one has easy connectivity between them. wind, sun orientation, climate and contours are taken into consideration. Each blocks are provided with enough ventialtion and given more improtance to the natural lighting. The project consists of the studios, art gallery, class rooms, auditoriums, playgrounds, conference room, out door interaction areas, etc.

Main concept of this project is to renovate existing park situated in wislica. Park that is currently not being used. main aim to make attractive park for people around the town to gather and have some entertainment and social gatherings. Aim to improve the existing world war 2 memorial statue situated in the park and also to emphasise the history of that monument. Park has designed according to the fucntionality. a unique informal stage provided for people to host some functions or social gatherings. A bridge provided for people to connect from the church side of the road to the other end that is evolved from the current exisiting park. The project consist of stage, seatings, cafeteria, area for people to gather, seating puzzles, etc.

Site situated in como, Italy. Main concept to provide a hybrid residential block for the people in como. Solving urban problem also a main aim in this project. currently site faceing issues like traffic congestion, not dedicated pedestrian path and not enough conncetion to the mountain from the lower ground area. Main changes made to the site is change the functionality of the old factory area, water tank area were covered with solar panel roof thus it will avoid direct view of water tank from the mountain view, north side of the empty land converted into a bus park with business areas with consideration of the street view. ground floor of the hybrid conatins malls theater and shopping areas. parking and other amenities are provided in the basement floor. Project aims to provide a Filharmonia center to the city of krakow. The site sitauated near vistula river, krakow, post war area. improtant aspect of the site is it has a clear view to the vistula river. My aim in this project was not minimaze the land modifcation and keep existing natural orientation also provide an iconic building for the citizens in krakow. The main concept of the building based on the functionality. overall it has 5 levels. contains one main auditorium and one chamber hall. Interior spaces arranged accoring to number of people coming to the filharmonia. main feature of the interior space is that spiral staircase that goes to the top level from the ground level. The project consist of Auditorium, chamber room, cloak rooms, class rooms, guest rooms, practising area, library, storage spaces, commercial spaces, etc.

There main concept is two hands are holding a lotus flower. The heart can be visualized as a lotus flower unfolding at the center of a chest, a lotus that opens and contracts according to the light. It is a symbol of peace and yoga and meditation. There are 4 elements that associate with the lotus flower. It will come from mud as an earth element where it’s deeply rooted. It uses space for growing its flower and leaves for growing use space as an element and it grows in water bodies, and this lotus flower is a symbol of fire of transformation for its spirit essence the following meditation interconnect with lots, and therefore our connection with spirituality. Two hands representing it will protect from harm and also help to nurture. The Idea of the Serenity center to cultivate these skills in people and develop it.
