The focus of this precedent was the technical aspect of the building of the geodesic dome. The technical applications of concrete and the steel geodesic dome, how these two elements can meet. The geodesic dome proved more complicated than initially envisioned and this study assisted in the understanding of joints on a Geodesic dome.
