IL SYSTEMA MORABITO

Il Systema Morabito si divide in due parti. La prima parte è rivolta ai professionisti (forze armate, polizia). La seconda si dedica all'autodifesa. Il metodo di questa scuola viene recepito con molta semplicità da chi si avvicina ad esso per la prima volta. In un periodo relativamente breve è possibile addestrare l'allievo ad agire in varie situazioni, invece che usare movimenti preordinati. Lo sportivo impara a combattere sia a mani nude sia con le armi, e a combattere con più avversari contemporaneamente, utilizzando gli aspetti psichici della situazione. Diversi ex-allievi di Morabito fanno parte di strutture militari, dimostrando l'uso del metodo imparato in situazioni critiche di combattimento.

Il Systema Morabito si basa su tre principi fondamentali:

1. assenza di metodi specifici: esistono alcuni metodi di base che seguono le leggi della natura

2. alla forza muscolare dell'avversario non ci si deve opporre con la propria forza: bisogna saper utilizzare la forza dell'avversario.

3. Saper valutare la situazione del momento (che varia continuamente nel tempo e spazio)

Tutto ciò viene studiato attraverso la conoscenza delle leggi fisiche e la biomeccanica del corpo umano. "L'assenza di metodi specifici" segue i concetti base di difesa personale uniti alle tecniche di combattimento, alle leve ed alle proiezioni insieme ai vari modi di interagire sull'equilibrio fisico e psicologico dell'aggressore. Essendo un sistema di difesa personale reale si adatta ad ogni tipo

Lavoriamo ora sul principio “non usare la forza contro altra forza” . Esso si basa sul rifiuto di metodi violenti a vantaggio dell'uso della forza e inerzia dello stesso aggressore. Quindi, evitare la forza bruta, a vantaggio di un pieno controllo dell'avversario. Reagire secondo la circostanza: ogni situazione è diversa è così anche il tipo di attacco (forza, velocità, profondità). Il Systema Morabito pone particolare rilievo su un approccio realistico alla difesa personale, basandosi sulla realtà dello scontro le cui condizioni non risultano essere mai uguali a quello che può essere simulato e provato in palestra. L’ addestramento tecnico è basato sul movimento naturale del corpo invece che sulla memorizzazione di movenze predefinite, come avviene ad esempio nei kata o nelle forme di altri stili marziali. Il praticante reagisce a un attacco in base al proprio istinto, piuttosto che eseguire tecniche memorizzate e ripetute più volte in maniera meccanica, al fine di elevare la memoria corporea in relazione ad un ipotetico attacco.

Il Systema Morabito, come stile di combattimento corpo a corpo, combina movimenti di lotta con pratiche e tecniche da strada utilizzabili nelle più svariate situazioni. I vari modi di colpire non utilizzano traiettorie “convenzionali”, ad esempio i colpi di mano sono dati in modalità “frustata” o seguendo traiettorie curvilinee, in modo da imprimere energia al colpo durante il caricamento; i calci sono portati raramente al di sopra del livello della cintura, dato che si ritiene molto più efficace colpire gli stinchi, le ginocchia e le anche.

NOUVEAU CLUB DU SELF PRO KRAV 69

Le club Self Pro Krav 69 a ouvert ses portes à Marcy l’Etoile dans le Rhône en France en 2021 sous la responsabilité de Sébastien Cazorla, Instructeur National de SPK, et présidé par Sandrine Cazorla (photo ci-contre)

Pour sa première saison 2021-2022, le club comptait 19 adhérents et a connu un grand succès ! Un investissement important a été réalisé pour s’équiper du matériel pédagogique nécessaire. Plusieurs stages ont eu lieu avec Sébastien sur la saison ainsi que deux passages de grades confirmant l’investissement et la progression des adhérents.

Pour sa deuxième saison 2022-2023, c’est donc tout naturellement que le club s’est agrandi, comptant ainsi 25 adhérents, et a ouvert un cours supplémentaire pour les 12-15 ans.

Le premier événement de la saison a été un stage réalisé avec un professionnel de la boxe au mois de septembre complétant ainsi le panel de connaissances des techniques pieds/poings notamment.

Le club Self Pro Krav 69 est très fier d’avoir accueilli le Capitaine Jacques Levinet pour un stage exceptionnel le 20 novembre dernier dans la commune de Marcy l’Etoile. Ce ne sont pas moins de 16 participants qui ont eu la chance d’apprendre et de progresser avec le fondateur et expert du SPK autour des saisies, des menaces à l’arme blanche et arme de poing, des conditions d’attentat et de manifestation.

Ce fut un événement majeur pour le club et ses adhérents et un honneur de recevoir Jacques Levinet que nous remercions chaleureusement.

Il va sans dire que l’expérience sera renouvelée !

Les ambitions du club Self Pro Krav 69 sont nombreuses. Nous aimerions doubler notre effectif et compter parmi nos membres davantage de femmes et d’adolescents. Plusieurs stages sont également programmés dans l’année avec la possibilité d’accueillir d’autres professionnels de disciplines complémentaires à la nôtre. Nous envisageons également de travailler en collaboration avec les forces de l’ordre et des sociétés de sécurité afin de dispenser des formations professionnelles de self défense aux agents et d’enseigner la canne défense à un public plus âgé.

CLUB DU SELF PRO KRAV DOUVAINE (74)

C’est en 2006 que le club Self Pro Krav Douvaine, en Haute Savoie, a été lancé par Nicolas Soenens, ancien gendarme, et membre de la Sécurité à l’Organisation Mondiale du Commerce à Genève durant de nombreuses années . Aujourd’hui, l’instructeur Samuel Dousset, ceinture noire 1er Dan, qui est aussi directeur départemental au sein de l’Académie Jacques Levinet, fait perdurer l’état d’esprit et les valeurs de ce club. Il est épaulé par François Jacquier, initiateur, ceinture marron. Tous deux sont bénévoles et ont débuté avec Nicolas qui leur a transmis des valeurs solides.

Humilité, Réalisme et Esprit de groupe sont les 3 valeurs qui animent le club.

Humilité

Car l’enseignement essaie de reproduire des agressions types mais chaque cas sera different par essence. Il faut donc rester humble dans toute situation et ne mettre en œuvre une riposte que si le contexte l’exige.

Réalisme

Il est évident qu’un enfant ne fera pas forcément le poids contre un adulte, mais c’est en travaillant sur l’attitude à avoir, la distance ainsi que la position (ADP) que l’initiation à la self défense prend tout son sens. Il ne faut pas pour autant croire que les jeunes ne percutent pas sur les bags, bien au contraire, notamment au niveau des parties basses du corps. Ce qui peut surprendre et ainsi permettre de se dégager et prendre la fuite. Du coté des adultes, la réalité d’une agression est différente du dojo. Il faut savoir réagir, avoir un esprit de combativité et surtout s’adapter. C’est aussi pour cela que le club ouvre ses portes de manière ponctuelle a d’autres spécialistes de disciplines dans un but d’ouverture d’esprit et de curiosité.

Comptant pas moins de 49 licenciés pour cette saison 2022-2023, petits et grands aiment venir s’entrainer au dojo. L’esprit de camaraderie et l’entreaide sont des valeurs fondamentales qui sont enseignées. Cela passe par des exercices pratiques ou ils doivent s’aider les uns les autres, parfois aussi être solidaires lorsque des écarts de discipline sont constatés chez les jeunes. L’observation, la gestion du stress, la combativité sont des axes sur lesquels les adultes travaillent, toujours en respectant au plus près la légitime défense.

Le SPK apprend outre les techniques opérationnelles, une façon d’être et de réagir à différentes situations que l’on pourrait retrouver dans la rue. Jacques Levinet nous fait part de son expérience chaque année lors d’un stage au DOJO de Douvaine, avec d’autres instructeurs français et de divers pays, que nous avons toujours plaisir a accueillir.

Le club, et son equipe qui est en train de s’elargir, oeuvrent pour faire perdurer l’heritage et l’energie que Nicolas Soenens a mise dans la creation de cette structure, poursuivie par Jean-Philippe Guerin et Fabrice Broux ensuite. Aujourd’hui localisé dans une MJC et un Dojo flambants neufs, le club a un outil de développement et une structure associative qui lui permet d’avoir de belles années devant lui.

Il faut donc remercier le créateur de la discipline Maitre Jacques Levinet, et evidemment Nicolas Soenens qui a ramené cette méthode de self défense dans nos montagnes ! Et n’oublions pas Edith Levinet , en charge du secrétariat de la Fédération AJL, avec qui nous avons toujours plaisir a échanger pour la vie administrative et matérielle du Club.

CLUB DU SELF PRO KRAV ST SULPICE

L’académie Jacque Levinet tarn est de retour à Saint Sulpice la pointe

Après une étude, nous avons constaté qu’il y avait de la demande et un créneau à prendre au niveau sportif de la ville de saint Sulpice suite à notre présence au forum des associations. Le 16 septembre, l’ouverture du club avec une nouvelle équipe. L’instructeur est Jean-Marc Dujardin, ancien élève de Pascal Tabaglio, directeur technique national France.

JM Dujardin, pratique depuis dix ans le SPK, il continue à s’entrainer au dojo de Toulouse avec Jean-Michel Du Plantier pour consolider ses connaissances et préparer son prochain dan.

Il se forme également à la canne défense et au bâton.

L’académie Jacque Levinet tarn est de retour dans le département du Tarn

Pour l’instant, le club a obtenu qu’un seul créneau horaire, donc les cours sont destinés aux adolescents à partir de 14 et aux adultes au dojo de Henri Matisse.

Actuellement le club est composé de 12 adhérents avec une parité homme/femme. Nous allons organiser également des stages interdépartementaux à thème avec le club de Toulouse en 2023.

Nous espérons que ce nouveau club grandira et souhaitons leur bonne chance.

Les anciens élèves sont motivés pour rencontrer à nouveau le Fondateur de nouveaux vont entames leur 1er stage et rencontre avec le Fondateur Grand Master Jacques Levinet.

L’équipe de la Fédération MCCF sous la tutelle de l’Instructeur Jean Didier Ameer était divise en carrefour pour entamer une course de plusieurs kilomètres en portant un poteau de bois sur l’épaule.

Suivi d’un travail en équipe qui consiste à traverser des obstacles, descente des pentes arides à remplir des bidons d’eau dans une rivière pour ensuite escalader des murs de pierre avec le bidon d’eau.

D’autres étapes étaient de traverser une flaque d’eau boueuse en rampant, traverser des rivières avec un fort courant d’eau et transporter nos équipiers sur le dos à l’aide d’une corde.

Giovanni Fortunato born in Ragusa, Italy, in 1985. Passionate about martial arts from an early age, at the age of 12 he began practicing Taekwondo and then continued, over the years, with traditional Muay Thai and will obtain the red band, 10th khan, equivalent to the belt black in Japanese martial arts. His personal defense system is recognized in over 60 countries, between Europe, America and Africa.

History of the Kubotan

In the 11th century secret fighters in Japan, the so-called "ninjas", used a short the so-called "Ninjas", used a short stick to support their fighting techniques in order to incapacitate the opponent more quickly.

In the early 1970s, Grandmaster Takayuki Kubota (Karate, Aikido, Judo, Kendo), who was born in Kumamoto/Japan, rediscovered the Kubotan in records of the Okinawa Karate Clan and incorporated it into his fighting techniques.

He registered the name Kubotan as a trademark.

The Kubotan quickly found favour not only with the Japanese secret police and other special units, but also with many SV specialists in countless countries around the world.

Everyday objects such as keys, newspapers, mobile phones, tea spoons, coffee spoons, lighters, etc. can also be used to perform techniques such as a Kubotan.

KUBOTAN - Underestimated small self-defense

The Kubotan is known by many names:

Palmstick, Yawara, Dulo-Dulo, Pocketstick, Tobacco Maliit, Self-defence stick, and many more.

It is available in a wide variety of materials, such as metal, plastic or wood. It is not considered a weapon in Germany.

The use of the Kubotan can increase the ability of untrained persons to defend themselves.

The use of the kubotan is also suitable for special professional groups. techniques for controlling, restraining and transporting aggressive persons.

Batons have long proved their worth as self-defence weapons. But they are usually too big for everyday private use and they are subject to weapons laws. The Kubotan does not.

Kubotan and Tactical Pen for Security Professions

It is known under countless names and is used in many different fighting styles. Other names are: Yawara, Koppo, Dulu-Dulu, S.D.S., Kubaton, Pocket Stick, Palm Stick, Koga, Kobushi-bo, etc. One of the many advantages of this weapon is that it can be incorporated into many existing fighting styles without much difficulty and the relevant techniques can be easily supported by it. It can be used to support levers, to attack nerve points, as well as for the be used for striking. All fighting techniques with the Kubotan can also be performed with countless everyday objects such thin torches or ballpoint pens. Some modern pocket knives are also designed to be used as a Kubotan when closed.

These alternative weapons

can be used whenever the weapons law of a country is not known, weapons have to be brought through a control, or must not attract attention, such as when detectives and civilian police are deployed. A commercially available Kubotan costs between 5 and 10 euros and is usually made of aluminium.

It is also suitable, for example, for people who are prohibited by §42a of the Weapons Act from carrying a baton or who only want to use a minimal weapon solution. The small Kubotan, as a key ring, is always at hand when danger lurks, such as when unlocking the house or car door.

If you drill two holes in the kubotan four centimetres apart and then pass a piece of parachute cord through them and secure it with a knot at each end, the kubotan becomes a so-called koppo. Techniques with the Kubotan.

The Kubotan brings the force of a blow to an area of about 1 cm², which is sufficient to break an attacker's bones or pa- ralyse muscles if necessary.

If the attacker is armed, it is advisable to attack the hand with the weapon with the Kubotan. In the case of blows, however, it should always be borne in mind that a kubotan can theoretically be lethal (e.g. on the temple or neck).

The Kubotan can also be helpful when used to support levers, for example the tilt hand lever or the cross cuff grip. For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that leverage techniques belong in the dojo and almost never work in real life.

There are actually two ways to use a Kubotan: 1. it is supported with the thumb behind and many quick blows are made with the tip only. This technique does not work with some models, such as the Key Defender or tactical pens with two pointed ends. 2. it is held centrally.
