Assignment Extension Policy

Students who experience difficulties that may adversely affect their ability to submit work for assessment by the published hand-in date are advised to contact their Module Leader as soon as possible.

Students are encouraged to attempt to submit their work by the published hand-in date but in some cases this is not possible and in these circumstances, it is reasonable to grant an extension. The maximum extension period is two weeks. An extension has to be approved by an approved member of the programme team. A form is provided for this process and must be signed before the extension is granted.
