JADCO’S VIRTUAL ANTI-DOPING EDUCATION WORKSHOPS

As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic the Commission has made significant changes to its public education programme. During the month of September JADCO began implementing virtual anti-doping education workshops via Zoom. To date the Commission has educated over 150 athletes and support personnel from federations, associations and professional groups including Jamaica Cricket Association, SprinTec Track Club, Jamaica Amateur Softball Association, Jamaica Football Federation, the Jamaica Baseball Association, Jamaica Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation, Jamaica Triathlon Association, Church Teachers’ College, Jamaica Cheer Federation, National Council on Drug Abuse, Jamaica Amateur Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, Jamaica Medical Doctors’ Association and the Jamaica Tae-Kwondo Federation.
