FOUNDER AND CEO Whilst most 15 year olds have a paper round and spend weekends at the park, Clare spent her early years working in high-end retail. Becoming accustomed to meeting new and interesting people everyday and studying their behavior over the years has enabled her to identify consumer types, past present and future. With a diverse brand portfolio Clare knows the ins and outs of brand success and has her finger well and truly on the consumer pulse. Having worked alongside Jade on a hugely successful project with Unilever the pair destined for their own company. Also a beauty enthusiast Clare says she wants to tackle that sector next. “I have lots of ideas for the industry watch this space�

FOUNDER AND MARKETING DIRECTOR After graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Fashion Communication and Promotion Jade got together will fellow student Clare Smith to found Weave Created. Jade prides herself on her creative and inventive approach, skills she puts to work every day at Weave. As one of the founders, she’s responsible for ensuring that our core values are always present no matter whom our clients or our outcomes. Her passion for creating integrated campaigns has seen her deliver stand out work that not only raises awareness with key influencers, but makes a difference to business objectives. She leads the marketing and communications department and has directed compelling creative for brands such as Unilever and BMW Mini.
