As always, Castle has an action-packed event planned at the award winning Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs. The luxurious tropical resort offers endless tranquility and excitement in a beautiful beachfront setting. The expansive upscale resort has incredible attractions with something for the whole family including five water slides, four refreshing pools, a lazy river, and a secluded private island on the Gulf Shores. get acquainted evening Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa The 2022 Castle AGM will kick off with the Get Acquainted Evening taking place on the Waterfall Pool Deck and Cypress Courtyard. Guests will gather over these expansive hotel grounds for a lovely outdoor evening and the opportunity to re-connect with friends and colleagues. Surrounded by the lush greenery and the ambiance of the Hyatt pool deck; attendees will enjoy live music, gourmet fare and activities for the whole family.

CHRIS HADFIELD, ASTRONAUT Referred to as “the most famous astronaut since Neil Armstrong,” Colonel Chris Hadfield is a worldwide sensation whose video of David Bowie’s “Space Oddity” — seen by over 75 million people — was called “possibly the most poignant version of the song ever created”, by Bowie himself. Acclaimed for making outer space accessible to millions, and for infusing a sense of wonder into our collective consciousness not felt since humanity first walked on the Moon, Hadfield continues to bring the marvels of science and space travel to everyone he encounters.

Service Medal. He was named the Top Test Pilot in both the US Air Force and the US Navy, and was inducted into Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame.

In 1992, Hadfield was selected as a NASA Mission Specialist, and three years later he was aboard the Shuttle Atlantis, where he helped build the Mir space station. In 2001, on Shuttle Endeavour, Hadfield performed two spacewalks and in 2013, he became Commander of the International Space Station for six months off planet.

Hadfield is also the co-creator and host of the internationally acclaimed BBC series Astronauts: Do You Have What It Takes?, as well as the co-host, with actor Will Smith, of National Geographic’s One Strange Rock, directed by Darren Aronofsky.

Formerly NASA’s director of operations, Hadfield is a heavily decorated astronaut, engineer, and test pilot whose many awards include the Order of Canada, the Meritorious Service Cross, and the NASA Exceptional

An internationally bestselling author, Hadfield has written three books: An Astronaut’s Guide to Life on Earth, You Are Here, and his children’s book, The Darkest Dark. Additionally, he released his musical album, Space Sessions: Songs From a Tin Can, in 2015. He is also featured on Ted.com for his talk, What I Learned from Going Blind in Space.

Additionally, Hadfield is an adjunct professor at the University of Waterloo and chair of the board of the Open Lunar Foundation. He also leads the space stream at Creative Destruction Lab, one of the world’s top tech incubators.

FUN night edison & ford winter estates The annual Fun Night excursions will take us on a stroll back in time as we visit the Edison & Ford Winter Estates. This lush property was home to both Thomas Edison and Henry Ford’s private residences and boasts over 20 acres of historical buildings and gardens. The property is a National Historical Site and one of the most popular historic sites in the United States. Explore twenty acres of gardens and experience what the Edison’s created with more than 1,700 plants and more than 400 species of plants and flowers. There is something for everyone to discover including the Edison Botanical Research Laboratory, the Edison Ford Museum, and hundreds of exhibits, artifacts and innovations from the minds of two American Icons.” A lovely gourmet dinner will be served throughout the evening and attendees will enjoy many outdoor activities for the whole family!

Ross Shafer has authored nine business books and won international stand-up comedy competitions. He has earned an impressive six TV Emmy’s as a network talk and game show host. His burning pursuit of excellence has driven Ross to the top of every field he’s entered. Since his early teens, Ross Shafer has been obsessed with understanding “Who succeeds? Who fails? And Why?” His confidence flourished when he discovered that there were specific blueprints for success in every job and

every industry. That understanding led to his noteworthy achievements in business, television broadcasting, book writing, professional speaking (CPAE) and even stand-up comedy. FUN DAY Golf at Raptor Bay Golf Club For our golf enthusiasts nothing says Castle AGM like the Annual Golf Tournament. This year’s event will take place at the spectacular greens of the Raptor Bay Golf Club in Bonita Springs. The course is considered one of South Florida’s top semi-private courses and was designed by former PGA Tour player Ray Floyd. The course features four sets of tees and a layout with forgiving fairways that winds through 200 acres of Audubon-certified wetlands with abundant wildlife, native areas and expansive, sand waste areas. After an exciting day on the course, guests will have the opportunity to re-connect with old friends and make new ones at the annual luncheon and awards ceremony in the Raptor Bay Clubhouse.

FUN DAY discover SANIBEL & CAPTIVA ISLANDs Discover the beauty of Sanibel and Captiva Islands along the coast of Southwestern, Florida. On this fully narrated tour, we will cruise along palm tree lined roads while your guide points out historic landmarks and scenic points of interest. Guests will stop at the Sanibel Museum & Historical Village as well as the Sanibel Lighthouse where we can take a walk on the beach and indulge in the famous “Sanibel Stoop” to search for shells. If time permits, the tour can include shopping at leisure at Periwinkle Place or Tahitian Gardens. There’s something for everyone on this excursion including a gourmet luncheon at Doc Ford’s and fun activities for the kids along the way including a mini Scavenger Hunt.

FUN DAY NAPLES BAY LUNCHEON CRUISE Cruise Naples Bay on the luxurious Naples Royal Princess luxury yacht. The excitement begins at Port of Call Marina where the 80ft vessel sets off to sail down Naples Bay and the beautiful Gordon River. Cruise highlights include a narrated tour of Naples and waterfront properties including the homes of prestigious Port Royal and Aqualane Shores. Guests may enjoy sightings of dolphins, manatees, pelicans, eagles, and other birds. If calm waters prevail, the yacht will traverse Gordon Pass into the Gulf of Mexico where guests may have the opportunity to view Keewaydin Island and the Naples Pier.
