9. Which clubs are experiencing leadership troubles? Be specific when answering • Papine High School is experiencing Leadership troubles. Papine has vacant board positions but has arranged a meeting time in the midst of troubles from the school’s shift system. Its President, a stalwart of the club for the past few years is in his final year and so a suitable successor must be identified.
