8. Are there any clubs that lack Kiwanis support? If so, specify which ones and why? Papine High School requires help from its Kiwanis Club towards the payment of its District and Int’l Duesas well as leadership guidance.
9. Which clubs are experiencing leadership troubles? Be specific when answering. Papine High School is experiencing Leadership problems. Papine has vacant board positions but has arranged a meeting time in the midst of troubles from the school’s shift system. They are yet to hold club elections. This is however being resolved, as

I have been in closecontact with the only official on the board, the President-Elect and her Kiwanian Advisor. They can’t have elections becauseof their internal examinations. The executive boards of Trench Town, Charlie Smith and Papine High require more support and training before they are ready to function at the high standards of Key Club International.

What is current status and what help, of any kind, is needed? -The Charter meeting for Ardenne Extension is to be held soon. -A committee is being developed to develop new Key Clubs within the divisional zone. -Kiwanians are being encouraged to visit and develop a stronger relationship with their SLPclubs. 12.
