4. What topics were discussed in contact with officers? 

Projects

Club Executive. Packages,Membership Pins & Fees

Monthly Reports

K-Family Relations

Executive Board Training for secretaries and presidents

5. Are there any issuesthat should be addressed to the District Board? If so, what?  There is no quality monitoring of Treasury Records and clubs are very inactive. Also, Excelsior High School & the Wolmer’s Trust School for Girls clubs have expressedissueswith the shortage of membership pins and the respective executive board package, as a result of which several members refuse to pay international dues. For one particular club, they have not received pins for three (3) years, allegedly. I have tried to explain the issue to the club, through the president; I have however received no positive feedback from either ends of the grapevine. In addition, Papine High School is having issuesselecting a date to meet. The Kiwanian Advisor has communicated top me that the school administration/Club Executive Body is trying to have 2 meetings per week; one for each shift. This has prevented me from being able to visit the club’s meeting for assessment. The shift system in place also prevents the exec. Body from attending functions I’ve put on to train them in their respective fields, for example, the presidents and secretaries council training meeting.

6. Did you hold a PCMduring the month reported?  YES
