SUBMISSION FOR XAMAYCA KEY
Project Report R-L : Club Chairman Gevon Logan and Secretary Keta-Gaye Cummings posses with Radio Talk Show host of News Talk 95 FM outside their studio with Guidance Counsellor Mr. Paul Messam of Mona High School. Our Key Clubbers shared information on Bullying and offered opinion on strategies to address this in schools as well reading of announcements during the programme. September 2011
Past Key Club President Sabrina Evans now a student at Northern Caribbean University Mass Communication and Media Programme, took part in the Mona High School Commence Ceremony in September 2011. Here she does a rendition of “I know that my redeemer lives!� with Music Teacher Mr. S. Reid. Sabrina is the recipient of the 2010 CXC Regional Music Awards 3rd Place.
Key Clubber Shemar Kinglock receives the Mona High School Past Students Association Inaugural Top Performing Student Award for 2010/2011. Presented by Principal Mrs. Antia Steer during the September 12, 2011 Commencement Ceremony.

Mona High School Chairman for Fund Raising completes the Interclub with Kiwanis Club of Liguanea St. Andrew to Westmoreland Capital on September 5, 2011 during which Kiwanis Regional Governor Paul Toussaint made special commendation for SLPs attending the meeting. Howard enjoys the meeting with DLG Gerthlyn Holman of Kiwanis Club of New Kingston, New Kingston Kiwanis Member Natasha and President Elect Donald Hinds of the Kiwanis Club of Liguanea.
Participation in the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston Young Children Priority One (YCPO) Project at Galieee Basic School located off Maxfield Avenue on Rodney Road. Key Clubbers Gevon, Matthew, Kevaughn and Daniel enjoyed painting the Kitchen at the school with six members of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston and four other construction workers.

Past President Tawana Gooden receives the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston Special School Assistance Grant for 2010/2011 from President Andrea Moore on September 18 at the President’s Awards Meeting. Tawana has achieved 8 CXC CSEC Subject Passes: with 5 Distinctions, 2 Credits and 1 Pass.
Past President Tawana Gooden gets a hug from her mentor, DLG Gerthlyn Reid-Holman of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston.
Key Club Presidents Chris Lionel Williams (Mona High) is joined by President Janel Brown of Merl Grove High Key Club and President Tawana Gooden of Camperdown High Key Club during the Kiwanis Club of Liguanea Youth In Excellence Awards where Three Mona High Key Clubbers received plaques for outstanding academic performance: Past President Tawana Gooden – 8 CXC Passes Past President Ashley Robinson – 7 CXC Passes Past President Sabrina Evans – 9 CXC Passes, 1 CAPE
President Chris joins Presidents Tawana and Janel to propose a toast to Kiwanis Club of Liguanea President Maj. Andrew Gracey on his last meeting in the 2010/2011 Kiwanis Administration on September 27, 2011 during the visit to the Kiwanis Club.

Key Clubbers help to create posters for the Sandhurst and Excelsior Pre Schools during the September 24, 2011 Joint Project with Caribbean Maritime Circle K and Kiwanis Club of Liguanea.
Key Club Prospect Dylano Morrison joined by Key Clubbers Daniel and Matthew posses with Caribbean Maritime Institute President for Circle K Che Walcott at the Joint Project at Mona High School with Kiwanis Club of Liguanea to construct Wheel Chair access ramps for classroom access. Donations of 10 bags of cement were sourced through Caribbean Cement Limited.
