Everrati is not a converter.

Unlike converters, we do not simply replace the engine with a motor and batteries.

Our painstaking redefinition process is performed by our expert team, many of whom have designed EV & hybrid powertrains for new electric supercars.

Each new model we release takes up to 6,000 hours to develop and then test to exacting standards. We also continually develop our systems and technologies, ensuring your car can be updated over its life.

In the automotive sense, the word ‘icon’ refers to those cars which, over time, have cemented their positions at the very pinnacle of aesthetic design or performance.

And the word ‘time’ is the key to this definition. To become an iconic car there needs to be a passage of time significant enough to show undiminished admiration from those who appreciate or love cars or for their achievements to simply endure. Icons don’t lose any status over time, and no event or association connected with them influences their standing and perception. To be truly iconic is to be immovably established as the purest of automotive aspirations for generations to come.

The Land Rover Series ‘Classic’

The Land Rover Series, often referred to as the Land Rover ‘Classic,’ was initially produced by the Rover Company and later by British Leyland, which renamed it the ‘Defender.’ The original Land Rover featured a central driving position and was conceived as a replacement for the Willys World War II Jeep, widely repurposed as a post-war agricultural vehicle.

Designed for practicality, the vehicle was soon developed into standard right-hand and left-hand drive configurations for mass production. It became the first civilian four-wheel-drive car available with doors and a hard roof, making it a pioneer in its category. Land Rovers were constructed with corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy bodies, ensuring remarkable durability — a crucial feature for their primary use on farms and smallholdings. With paint supplies limited after the war, the initial production vehicles were painted in surplus aircraft cockpit greens — resulting in their signature early color palette.

The Series II, IIA, and Series III Land Rovers introduced significant advancements and upgrades, including the option of a long wheelbase. At the same time, the design expertise of David Bache, head of the Rover Design Studio, elevated the Land Rover’s functional aesthetic to iconic status.

Designed by Ferdinand ‘Butzi’ Porsche, son of Ferdinand ‘Ferry’ Porsche, the 911 was a masterpiece of simplicity and elegance, perfectly capturing the spirit of its time. Its clean, understated lines predated the ‘aerodynamic age’ that would later define automotive design, including Colin Chapman’s groundbreaking Formula 1 Lotus Type 49 in 1967.

The Porsche 911 (964), designed by Benjamin Dimson, was introduced in January 1986 as the successor to the Porsche 930. The Mercedes-Benz W113 SL ‘Pagoda’

The Mercedes-Benz W113 is a two-seat sports tourer that debuted at the 1963 Geneva Motor Show and was produced from 1963 to 1971. Developed under the leadership of Mercedes-Benz Technical Director Fritz Nallinger, Chief Engineer Rudolf Uhlenhaut, and Head of Styling Friedrich Geiger—renowned for designing the iconic 500K/540K and 300 SL—the W113 SL embodied a perfect blend of innovation and elegance.

The W113’s standout feature was its patented, slightly concave hardtop, designed by Paul Bracq, which earned it the nickname ‘Pagoda.’ During the 1960s and 1970s, the Pagoda SL epitomized stylish, opentop motoring, becoming a symbol of sophistication and luxury.

The GT40 is a high-performance, mid-engine racing and road car originally designed and built for the Ford Motor Company to compete in 1960s European endurance racing. With its extraordinary history, the car has become so iconic that Hollywood immortalized it in a film starring Christian Bale and Matt Damon. The movie highlights the legendary battle between Ford and Ferrari at the 1966 Le Mans race.

The GT40’s primary purpose was to defeat Ferrari, a goal spurred by Enzo Ferrari’s alleged use of Ford as a pawn in his dealings with FIAT. Ferrari had dominated the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, winning six consecutive years from 1960 to 1965.

Ford’s racing efforts began in 1964, culminating in World Championship victories from 1966 to 1968. The first of these wins came in 1966, when three GT40 Mk.II prototypes—built in the UK—crossed the Le Mans finish line together, securing Ford’s place in motorsport history.

Passion, Nostalgia, Experience, Exhibition, Pride and Investment are the principal motivations for classic car enthusiasts. All of which already exist and are, in fact, increasing in younger generations. For some time, many industry experts had been concerned and predicted a probable reduction in classic car enthusiasm as the Baby Boomer generation became less active and younger generations were believed to be motivated in other areas.

Helped by the exponential growth of social media and the relentless demand for new content, 60% of Gen Zs have now become classic car enthusiasts of varying levels of commitment. 57% of Millennials are now known to be enthusiasts and 49% of Generation X are confessing to having been bitten by the highly seductive classic car bug. Our highly refined resto-engineering enhances handling, braking, and overall performance, dialling out any unpleasant ride or handling idiosyncrasies without ever compromising the vehicle’s original essence. From Aria Group, based in Irvine in California, whose reputation for the production of advanced composite bodies and panels is almost legendary, to the workshops of Mercedes specialists ‘Hemmels’, based in the UK, whose metal shaping, sculpting and restoration skills were established over decades of dedicated precision craftsmanship. Every Everrati is hand-built by the finest and most exclusive build partners, who bring decades of expertise, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Each car undergoes a meticulous strip and rebuild (S&R) process of the highest quality to seamlessly integrate our cutting-edge EV powertrain and technology into its iconic host.

STAGE ONE

Consultation

The journey begins with a client consultation (sometimes several), a pre-stage high-touch relationship meeting of minds in a shared passion for an Everrati creation to be discussed, articulated and realised. Everyone at Everrati is passionate about what we do and the process of becoming an Everrati client and joining our community starts with lots of discussion, dreaming, imagining and then deciding.

STAGE TWO

Order

Once Everrati receive a signed order and down payment, either directly from our client or through one of our trusted Everrati Agents, our global network of Agents works closely with us and our clients to bring their dream Everrati to life.

This collaboration ensures our clients have a local point of contact throughout the process, while also providing direct access to Everrati for any inquiries or updates.

STAGE THREE

The Chosen Classic

Many of our clients don’t already own the classic car they wish to redefine. That’s where Everrati steps in, with our specialists on hand to help source the perfect vehicle to serve as the foundation for their Everrati.

We access the global classic car market to find the ideal blank canvas that matches the client’s vision and chosen specification. Throughout this process, we work closely with our clients, keeping them involved at every step to ensure their dream car takes shape exactly as imagined.

Everrati offers a fully bespoke specification experience, bringing each client’s unique vision to life. From sustainably sourced, premium leathers by Bridge of Weir to an extensive selection of paints and OEMgrade finishes, every detail is meticulously tailored to meet the client’s exact preferences.

While we are committed to preserving the original character of each classic, the final design, feel, and technology integration reflect the personal desires of our clients. Our bespoke process also allows for the inclusion of modern features and advanced technology, elevating the Everrati driving experience while preserving the car’s timeless allure.

To guide clients through this creative journey, Everrati’s own expert automotive designer works directly with them to explore materials, colours, and finishes, ensuring every detail is considered and perfected.

Strip & Rebuild (S&R)

Each Everrati creation begins with a complete disassembly of the chosen classic car, taking it back to its bare chassis. Every component is carefully assessed, replaced or restored to deliver a build of exceptional quality.

Our skilled build partners always preserve the car’s original integrity and ensure it meets Everrati’s high standards for safety, performance, and aesthetics. This process celebrates the car’s legacy while elevating it to a standard that feels better than new.

While Everrati makes precise engineering improvements to optimize the driving experience, the car’s iconic character remains untouched. Each vehicle undergoes intense analysis and fine-tuning to ensure it drives as beautifully as it looks- striking the perfect balance between legacy and innovation.

Electrification

Everrati’s EV powertrain is the result of thousands of hours of meticulous engineering, built to deliver enhanced performance, drivability, and safety. We are not mere converters; we operate with the precision, focus and sophistication of an OEM designing a brand-new car.

Our process carefully considers the vehicle’s original weight, weight distribution, handling, and Centre of Gravity (CoG) balance to preserve its authentic feel while introducing cutting-edge technology. Using the finest OEM-grade components, we enhance the car’s character with thoughtful, analytically driven improvements.

An Everrati isn’t just a car — it’s a masterpiece of engineering and design, delivering an electrifying driving experience that redefines iconic motoring. Additionally, our systems are built to be future-proof, ensuring every Everrati remains at peak performance and can be updated throughout its lifetime.

STAGE SEVEN

Delivery

At the start of the process, Everrati works closely with each client to finalize delivery details, including any special arrangements required. We partner with the finest detailers and paint protection service providers to ensure the car remains in pristine condition long after completion. If an Agent is involved, they collaborate with us to ensure a seamless handover.

Before delivery, every Everrati undergoes meticulous pre-delivery testing to guarantee perfection. Once the final payment is made, the car is unveiled, turning the client’s dream into a reality.

Welcoming every Everrati client into our community means more than an occasional phone call. Everrati Life includes the opportunity to maintain a close connection to the company, through selective events and opportunities to come-together as like-minded enthusiasts celebrating unique possessions and a shared passion.

After-Sales Support

Our commitment to our clients doesn’t end with delivery. Everrati’s network of service centres, supported by our Agents, ensures that routine maintenance and technical issues are handled with ease. In rare cases requiring extensive attention, our “flying mechanic” service can be dispatched.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, clients can contact us directly, and we’ll assess the technical requirements to restore the car to its original splendour.

Everything that Everrati has become and intends to be is because of the extraordinary team operating from the company’s ex-USAF base in Oxfordshire as well as in Los Angeles, California, USA. If it wasn’t for this amazingly talented group of engineers, technicians and visionaries the realisation of Everrati wouldn’t exist.

The benefit of being located at Upper Heyford is the proximity of the business to the ‘Motorsports Triangle’, a part of the UK where the majority of highend automotive and motorsports companies are based and therefore where the very top talent can be found. The advanced technology integrated into Everrati cars is both highly complex and meticulously engineered for unmatched reliability, ensuring the perfect Everrati driving experience, time after time. The creative and technological challenges faced by our engineers and technicians are vastly different from those of traditional internal combustion engine and gearbox installations. It’s a new language, with its own unique nuances, and Everrati is leading the way in crafting the new dictionary of automotive innovation.

In 1966, the England football team dominated the World Cup, hosted at Wembley Stadium. This iconic team was made up of players from various clubs, each successful and globally renowned in its own right— Manchester United, Liverpool, Blackpool FC, West Ham, Leeds United, and more—who came together to create a world-winning team. Everrati follows a similar principle, assembling the best engineers and technicians from McLaren, Rimac, Bentley, Lotus, Jaguar, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and beyond. This exceptional team of ‘winners’ is dedicated to delivering the Everrati experience as envisioned by our founders and current leadership.

As an aside, 1966 also marked the year when Stirling Moss, Formula 1 legend and friend of the England football team, collected his Mercedes W113 SL ‘Pagoda’ from Stuttgart. It was also the year the Ford GT40 triumphed over Ferrari at Le Mans.

Justin Lunny has been a car enthusiast for as long as he can remember. His grandfather was a motorcycle dispatch rider during the Second World War and tried to share his passion for motorcycles with his young grandson. However, growing up, Justin’s mother successfully scared him away from the perceived dangers of motorcycles, as she thought them unsafe, pushing him willingly into the welcoming arms of motorcars, which then became the focus of his petrolpowered obsessions.

Fast forward to the present, and Justin, a serial entrepreneur with a passion for cars, technology, and design, and a father of two young children, became increasingly conscious of the impact driving combustion-engine cars was having on their future and the wider environment. At the time, electric cars were just beginning to ascend, but while Tesla and others were impressive, they weren’t exciting from an aesthetic perspective.

In a coffee shop nestled in the leafy London suburb of Virginia Water, Justin met automotive executive Nick Williams to discuss a vision for a new business. Both deeply passionate about cars, fascinated by technology, and very much aware of the need for the world to decarbonise, the concept that would become Everrati was born. The premise of marrying truly iconic classic cars with ultra-advanced EV technology aligned perfectly with their collective vision of a future where technically improved cars could be used and enjoyed without conscience or restriction. It also matched their aspiration to own and drive dynamically exciting, aesthetically beautiful cars that provided the same joy in driving as they did in simply standing back and admiring them—just as you would with any great work of art.

By this time, Justin had been researching and working on the classic EV concept for over three years and had been impressed by the electric Jaguar E-Type used for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding at Windsor Castle. This sparked his interest in the concept of an electric ‘classic,’ so he began an extensive search for companies that could sell him a high-quality, beautifully engineered, and finished transformed car — but none existed.

Lunny wanted the same experience with truly iconic cars, but also aimed to offer the experiential art of ‘driving perfection’ alongside the aesthetic. With Lunny’s background in technology and Williams’ career at Audi and Mercedes-Benz, the two created a set of aspirational product definitions and standards that the company remains true to today. And so, Everrati was born.

All Everrati cars must drive as well as they look. The first development car was always going to be the Porsche 964 — the classic bedroom poster 911.

Lunny commissioned a small group of independent engineers to begin work on a unique drivetrain for this first Everrati, while also starting the search for the perfect engineers and technicians to build the Everrati team. Fellow enthusiasts would join the journey, either as investors, clients, or both. Highly qualified boardlevel advisors also came on board, bringing significant experience from the boardrooms of Aston Martin, Automobili Lamborghini, and Formula E.

The core team was further strengthened by the addition of Rhodri Darch, a highly experienced executive and early Everrati investor. Darch brings operational discipline from his early career in the Army and decades of experience in scaling software businesses internationally. Coming from a motorsport and auto industry family, he joined from an auto finance tech business. With a deep historical connection to Lunny, Darch became the natural choice to structure, administer, and shape the business for its inevitable rapid growth.

In 2021, Everrati opened its first Engineering Centre of Excellence at Upper Heyford, strategically located within the Motorsports Triangle near Oxford to attract some of the best and most innovative engineers and technicians from the UK’s top automotive and motorsports companies. That same year, the Porsche 964 redefined by Everrati was launched in London at Joe Macari’s showrooms in Wandsworth, South London, with the remarkable addition of exhaust pipes playing the engine sound of a barking 3.6-litre flat-six. The sound was completely synthesised and played through the car’s unique network of internal and external speaker systems.

Since launching the redefined 964, Everrati have subsequently presented the beautiful classic Land Rover Series and the outstanding Ford GT40. The latest addition of the Mercedes-Benz W113 ‘Pagoda’ SL completed a pattern of powertrain configurations which now cover mid, rear, front and SUV. Everrati has also launched its subsidiary technology advisory and consultancy business, ‘Powered by Everrati’. This innovation hub is an engineering division of the company, providing turn-key EV powertrain solutions and technology, and appealing to specialist OEMs moving into the EV sector.

With an expanded presence, Everrati now operates in the USA, strategically based in Southern California. This prime location enables the company to collaborate with leading specialist partners across North America and showcase its expertise at prestigious luxury car events, including Pebble Beach during Monterey Car Week and The Bridge in Bridgehampton.

Everrati is building its brand thoughtfully and strategically, with a global, evidence-based approach. The company is steadily establishing a reputation for unparalleled quality, meticulous attention to detail, and most importantly, fulfilling its promise to deliver truly iconic cars that not only look exceptional but also drive seamlessly - sustainably and without compromise.

Our latest endeavour marks a pivotal moment in the automotive world: introducing the groundbreaking collaboration with renowned superyacht designers Bannenberg & Rowell and superyacht specialists Edmiston, unveiling the electric Shore Tender by Everrati.

This innovative project concept showcases Everrati’s ability to transform iconic vehicles into modern electric masterpieces. The Shore Tender is based on the classic Land Rover Defender platform, redefined with our bespoke, zero-emission electric powertrain. Designed for sustainable transportation across varied terrains, it offers quiet, clean transportation from sea to shore with seamless charging capabilities.

With regenerative braking and both AC and DC fastcharging options, the Shore Tender delivers not just innovation, but also environmental responsibility. This project exemplifies our commitment to integrating advanced EV powertrains with classic vehicle charm, while maintaining the rugged elegance the Defender is known for.

The Shore Tender’s interior includes luxury touches such as a custom champagne chiller and picnic hamper, with sustainable details like reclaimed ocean plastic floor panels and contemporary upholstery. Customisation extends to the exterior, with bespoke paintwork and personalised sailcloth duffel bags that echo the yachting experience.

With each project, we are not just redefining vehicles—we are shaping the future of sustainable luxury, one bespoke creation at a time.
