ABOUT US GILBERT HOMES WAS FOUNDED IN 1997 BY BROTHERS JUSTIN AND PIERS GILBERT. Gilbert Homes are a family run house builder and developer firmly established in the home counties and South West London. We actively seek multiple unit development sites, contract build opportunities and individual plots to suit retained clients who wish to build their bespoke dream home. SPECIFICATION We produce itemised specification documents, cross‑referenced to the detailed drawing packages as appropriate. Depending on the project, we supply our private clients with specifications for various items, from architectural light fittings to floor and wall finishes. The documents produced include reference codes for each item, this allows for easy identification within drawing packages to assist with quantifying and installation. Our private client team assist with every aspect of your build from inception, planning and design, construction, interior design and landscape architecture.
