UT US MEET THE TEAM Chris Marney Chris has been working at Steven Smith for over 3 years and is responsible for Operations and Land & New Homes. Having previously ran his own development company and been involved in the Home Improvements industry for over 20 years. With his background this gives him a unique view from both sides when it comes to New Homes developments. Working closely with land owners and developers to maximise opportunities. Nick Emery Nick’s experience and well respected sales skills make him a first for anyone wanting the very best when selling their home. Nick had hopes of being a golf pro but with two daughters the clubs have taken a break as selling the next house becomes all the more important. Adrian Wedlake Adrian started his career with a local family run lettings business where he went on to manage this successful operation. Adrian is a keen golfer and footballer but fortunately for us he declined Manchester United in favour of Steven Smith Estate Agents, making him our latest signing!
