Media Kit

Greetings: It is with great pleasure that we introduce the birth of Jamaican Diaspora magazine, dedicated to Jamaicans, progressive people and the entire Caribbean community. Our magazine aspires to encourage and illuminate many aspects of island culture. We will not only bring entertainment, but also provide information in the areas of healthcare, environment, entrepreneur opportunities and cultural pride. We seek to inspire our audience to excel by featuring stories on events and successful people who contribute to the Caribbean community. Originally, Jamaican Diaspora was a newsletter that was distributed throughout the Chicago metro area in hard copies at areas that are receptive to our community's needs. I.e. Caribbean grocery stores, beauty shops and churches for free. It was also sent out in an email format. Because of the overwhelming positive response from our advertisers and the community, we have decided to turn the magazine. Our product is unique because this is the only magazine in that targets Jamaicans, Caribbean, West Indian communities on the island and in the diaspora. Our vision is to create a channel through which the Caribbean community can showcase their rich heritage and enlighten the public to the talents and geniuses. With great honor, we introduce Jamaica Diaspora Magazine. We are a magazine fully dedicated to contemporary topics and how it relates to the community. Sincerely, Jamaican Diaspora Leadership Team PO Box 62 Elk Grove, IL 60009 USA
