Origami structure By changing the structure pattern of the raincoat, we are able to use the aspects from the origami structure to enable the fast self-folding effect. 8

Rain Coat Issues When it’s time to go indoors where do people usually hang their raincoats ? Little to non raincoats have put this part into design, so we hope to maufacture a fast and easy put away raincoat 10
當要進出室內外時，你的雨衣都往哪丟呢? 市面上大多數的雨衣都只顧著防水這項雨衣基本功能，我們希望能產 出一件不只能快速穿脫也能快速收納好的雨衣。 11
Zipper An upside down zipper was designed to improve the wearing speed, the user has to use little to no effort finding the zipper and with one single zip downwards, the zipper is closed.

Designed in a way so less rain will get in frrom the neck.
反向拉鍊的設計是能讓使用者討完頭之後單手、不用找拉鍊、往下拉 就能將雨衣穿好，不費時間需要對拉鍊。

Improvements Through the design process, we are now able to let users have a fast put on and take off raincoat, with minimum required space and folds itself with a few shakes. With enough room for a backpack inside the user won’t ever have to worry about getting their backpack wet. The length covers most of the leg up till the ankles assuring that less rain is splashed onto legs.

Origami Structures A lot of models started off from paper structures, choosing between which has the most durable structure for human wear and convenient storage. 透過摺紙工程我們從紙開時做模型，找到適合的結構時再轉換到布料 上面。最後選用最能符合人體工學與收納逕行設計。 16

Material The final model was made from 100% polyester with anti stick net patterens inside the coat, while as on the outside we added a layer of TPU water resist spray. 最終的精模使用的是100%聚質纖維的布料，以及TPU塗層來做防潑 水的效果。內部則使用了網狀布來防止布料的靜電與黏皮膚。 17

Convenient pots were made for people without a kitchen like students or people that doesn’t have as much time to cook in a kitchen.

Issues
Electrical leakage Due to electrical needs, most convenient pots have electric port exposed and making it unsafe to wash. 面上的快煮鍋都讓接電處暴露在外，這會 造成清洗完通電處積水不好擦乾。
Uneven heat To lower the manufacture cost, most have uneven heatings, causing some food to get burnt while others raw. 快煮鍋適用於炒、煮、煎、蒸、涮，不過加熱 管的關係會導致在煎、炒時受熱不均。

Market analysis
Before doing any design, we analysed the best sellers on the market breaking the information down to help with our further research. Afrer we did hand to hand contextual visits with a few users, marking down their every move in order to find out what the consumers actually need and what they want. 從競品分析中找出市場銷售高的賣點，再將整理成問卷透過脈絡訪 察的方式研究出 痛點。 24
A3 Report Marking out the A3 report helps to identify the pains in a product, and through surveys and research, we are able to conclude our mast valued OPP level.

Market analysis
By experimenting on the heating plane, we were able to design a plane that spreads out even heat at the same time. This not only helps with cooking food but speeds up the boiling process, making food like potatos and pumpkins taste better, due to cooking the food without loosing too much moisture.

Product overview Q Pot is directed towards young users, so for the colour usage we chose matt black and pearl white to represent how less is more and to even more bring out the shape of the pot.
The most distinct feature is the detatchable inner pot. 增加內膽保護層不只讓使用者在使用過程不被燙到，更能讓內 鍋分離，這樣不只能煮的更均勻更好吃，清洗也更安全容易。 27

Saves space No need to worry on throwing the whole shaver in you bag, the cap is intact for safe and hygenic purpose. 出門旅遊時也能輕鬆帶上，需要帶著大包小包的。 上面有蓋子也能更佳的衛生。 34
Blunt blades Disposal shaving blades are the worst experience one can get, it almost feels like scraping your beard with sand paper. 丟棄式刮鬍刀使用時根本像用砂紙在磨蹭臉頰，有非常難用的 使用者體驗。 35

Plastic waste More and more rubbish are dumped into the ocean everyday, a big part of which are undissolvable plastic. Animals are the victims of our doings, therefore I wish to design a enviromental friendly razor for people that travel often.
