Homes England Iceni Projects is delighted to have been appointed to the Homes England Strategic Research and Economic Analysis Panel 2020-2024. We recognise the critical role that Homes England and its partners has to play in delivering homes and developing resilient local communities in these challenging times. Our recently expanded Economics Team will provide expert advice through economic research and analysis, business case development, economic appraisal, impact assessment and evaluation. We lead a consortium of specialist small businesses being Three Dragons, CAG Consultants and Nicol Economics, providing a range of skills and coverage right across England. Iceni’s team brings deep experience of working with more than 150 local authorities across England in providing planning policy evidence, economic development advice, business case development, impact assessment and development case making. We get under the skin of local economies and housing markets to understand how targeted intervention and investment can deliver value for money and effective justified change.
