Georgia combines her passions for heritage and urban design to provide insightful appraisals of historic buildings and townscapes and advise on their future development.

She specialises in advising on and promoting positive and sympathetic development in sensitive, historic townscapes.

Georgia joined Iceni in 2021 having previously worked as a Heritage Consultant at Lichfields for 3 years and as an Assistant Conservation Officer at the New Forest National Park Authority prior to that. She holds a BA(hons) in History of Art from the University of Warwick and an MA in Archaeology of Buildings from the University of York. She is currently studying for a second MA in Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University.

Georgia is experienced in producing a range of heritage and townscape appraisals including: Heritage Statements, Townscape and Visual Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessment chapters, historic building recording and assessments of potential listing, scheduling and conservation area designation. She has submitted and contributed to a variety of listed building consent, planning applications and site feasibility appraisals, working with a range of heritage assets from locally listed buildings to World Heritage Sites.

Jack joined Iceni Projects as an Assistant Planner in April 2022, having gained a Distinction in MSc City Planning at University of Glasgow the previous year.

Jack is based in the Edinburgh office but provides additional support to the team in Glasgow. He assists on a range of projects, from major housing developments to small-scale change of use applications, across Scotland.

His main roles include preparing planning statements and assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications. He is also responsible for undertaking site appraisals and conducting planning policy reviews for various projects.

In addition to his MSc studies, Jack has an undergraduate degree (BSc Hons) in Finance and Statistics, also from the University of Glasgow. He is a Licentiate member of the RTPI and will shortly begin working towards his L-APC.
