Electric Spirit Co. became the first distillery to open in Leith in 40 years when they opened in 2015.

Sweetdram

It’s a gin, but it’s not a gin. Escubac. That was the first spirit to be launched by Sweetdram distillery, now based in Sighthill in Edinburgh.

Now at Port of Leith, on a still a thousand times larger than the one they started out on, picking up worldwide medals and recognition in the process.

Since creating Escubac, they now make a Spiced Rum, Whisky Amaro and an exciting whisky program from an archive of interesting barrels.
