United by a thirst for simplicity, Charlie and Thom Bradley are brothers on a mission to smash down the walls around wine. Working with some of South Africa’s best winemakers to create Nouveau; a 100% vegan, fresh expression of low–intervention wine.

LOVE BITE - A fresh beaujolais-style Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. These old-vines create a healthy concentration of red fruits, soft tannins and a moreish saline note in this natural wine. Best served chilled.

POT LUCK - A modern take on the ancient winemaking process, petillant naturel, using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Naturally carbonated in the bottle bubbles. Best served straight from the fridge.

WHITE LIES - A clean, skin contact wine, expressing itself as ripe stone fruit with floral notes. Hand-harvested, 3 days skin contact, spontaneous fermentation and four months in old oak. Best served straight from the fridge.

GROWING PAINS - A medium bodied Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. These old bush vines, combined with ten months in barrel, create a healthy concentration of red fruits and soft tannins. Best served at room temp or slightly chilled.
