INSPIRED TO JUXTAPOSE THE RIGID GRID OF MELBOURNE CITY, THIS FORM AND MATERIALITY BECOME THE SYMBOL OF FUNCTION, IDENTIFYING THE HEART OF THE BUILDING. THROUGH DESIGN PLANNING AND ELEVATION THIS FORMS IS REPLICATED AND ABSTRACTED TO SUGGEST THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE AUSTERE FORM BREAKING FROM THE KNOWN.
