TAKE A WALK
Buildings form the settings for all significance and insignificant events of our lives. They are more than just containers, they are living, changing systems which support our actions and please or disturb our emotions. Moving, we experience transitions within and between spaces. We move from inside to outside, from low spaces to high spaces, passing along boundaries and through openings. Our full perception and understanding of a space and more specifically an artifact develops by experiencing it from many angles and positions.

CIRCULATION THROUGH COCKATOO ISLAND
POINTS OF INTERSECTION AND INTEREST
This Museum is designed to minimally impact the Island. Thus, the existing paths and forms of circulation act as the means of connecting each aspect of the design together. Where many paths of circulation overlap, it indicates a common point of interest. Therefore, the building that correlates to this point acts as a means to contain the Museum.
