James Malcom Smith

I am a Past State President of the Native Sons of the Golden West. The organization preserves the history of California. I also serve as a member of the City of San Bernardino's Historical Preservation Commission, and as the Flag Day Chairman for San Bernardino Elks Lodge #836.
