Rose Marchuk is able to combine her understanding of investment value and skill in negotiating to guide clients to sound real estate decisions that they will be exceptionally happy with. A native of a Chicago, Rose grew up hearing her father share what he learned from the real estate business: “you make your money when you buy” or “invest at ten times the rent”. That was enough to inspire her to study real estate and finance for an undergraduate double major. She earned a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s preeminent real estate program that included graduate studies in Land Management at the University of Reading, England. Although licensed as a real estate broker in both IL and WI since the mid 1980’s, Rose began her career in commercial real estate acquisitions, development and later mortgage brokerage. Actively involved in residential brokerage since 1996, she is well qualified to directly assist you with your unique real estate needs in both Illinois and Wisconsin and can refer you anywhere in the world through the expansive Sotheby’s International Realty network.
