The brief I have chosen to participate on is SEGA and the celebration of Sonic’s 20th anniversary. For this brief I have produced an advertising campaign that is more swayed toward the younger fans of sonic rather than the old, but I believe the older fans will still enjoy it. The idea of my campaign is to show the onlooker a small part of some of the characters from the sonic series. These parts are accompanied by the title ‘Guess who?’. In a sense, the poster is putting their title of a Sonic fan to the test to see if they really know the characters of Sonic the Hedgehog. As said previously, this is more aimed towards the younger Sonic fans

but the older fans will still take enjoyment from being able to guess the characters themselves. I believe that the designs would work best as a printed campaign dotted around cities in bus stops, on billboards etc. But it could also work on things such as magazine adds and/ or printed postcards. The design of the posters has been kept clean and simple as I personally do not enjoy over cluttered posters. This gives the main focus of the poster to the parts of the characters which the people will be guessing.
