Concept:
Rebrand the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and involve the knowledge gained from the research undertaken in Studio Brief 1.
The logo combines one of Japan’s cultral icons, Japanese cherry blossom and the national flag. A similar gradient to the logo of the Tokyo 1964 Olympic Games as a ‘nod’ to the designer Yusaku Kamekura.

Merchandise A range of different products have been produced, Including perforated tickets, Official 1st class stamps, T-shirts with the logo transferred by Vinyl and a key ring.

Screen Based / Web Presence Website and App for the games has been mocked up for the games. The website has additional setting to be interchangeable between the global but this image shows the English Version.

Promotional Campaign A range of adverts have been designed to promote the games. These adverts would be put up in cities in English speaking countries to promote the games. The adverts would be seen only in the year 2020 in the lead up to the opening ceremony.

Wayfinding Creating consistancy between the printed merchandise, the wayfinding system for the games have been mocked up on Illustrator. This is one mock up example of how a sign would work in the environemnt / context.
