Our clients become our friends and family. We recently helped a new client move and like all of our other clients, she quickly became part of our family. Instead of just calling her by her name, we call her "Aunt Shirley." Another example would be getting invited to go to a museum with a client since she enjoys our company as much as we enjoy hers. We also love being invited (as well as inviting) clients to friend and family functions. Photo Caption

that you are helping to make a difference in the community. We've learned a lot, gained great business contacts and made valuable friendships.
We're the first in our area to offer both corporate and lobby concierge to businesses which allows employers and employees to get more work done. We're going on 4 years in business and growing all without any formal business education- just our dreams and determination! We're exceeding our expectations (and we dream big!) and we're branching out in many different directions: Helping the young at heart but in their golden years, single parents, busy families, young professionals, corporate clients and doing our part to help those in our community. We've perfected our corporate concierge package and are offering our services to local businesses. When we started in 2012 we were always advised that the best way to gain clients is through word of mouth, but when a business is starting up word of mouth doesn't exist-especially on a unique concept like ours. Now after building relationships over the years we've discovered that advise was true. Helping more businesses in the area improve employee productivity with including our services in their employee benefit package. We're also excited to begin the journey of franchising.
