Escrow Management
• Escrow Manager works closely with all involved parties to ensure important action items are met by specified deadlines.
• Manage escrow through closing by orchestrating timelines regarding inspections, disclosures, etc., to ensure all contingencies are met on schedule.
After the Sale
• Work closely with title company to ensure your net proceeds are transferred to your bank account.
• Review final closing statement and allocation of costs. We will provide you with a thumb drive, which will include a complete set of all documentation reviewed and signed throughout the process.
