The Versatility Of Natural Hair When it comes to having natural hair there are many hairstyles that your hair can be transformed into and it can even look unique with just your natural texture.

Natural Texture One of the best things about going natural is being able to rock your natural texture. Going out with your natural texture is a given, it gives you a unique look thats not like everybody else because its your natural pattern.

Twist outs/Braid outs This is a method where you use your styling product of choice and twist or braid the hair all over. When the hair is dry, you unravel and have a wavy or curly pattern. Your natural pattern is manipulated temporally (non-chemically) and offers a different pattern than your own. These hairstyles can last up to three days depending on how you treat it. Its great if you want a hairstyle for a couple of days.

Afro This is a hairstyle that has been around for decades. Your mom might have been rocking it herself at one point in her lifetime. If you pick out your natural curly, coily, or kinky hair, it will create an afro. This is a simple and classic style for anyone.

Bantu knot out

This is a hairstyle that involves you twisting and rolling your hair and winding it on top of its self, it will end up looking kind of like a tiny bun. To keep hair in place you can use a bobby pin. This style will create a heatless curl. A great style for any time of day.

Straight

Even when you’re natural you still have the desire to wear your hair straight which is perfectly fine. When wearing your natural hair straight it looks ten times more haelthy than when you had a relaxer. The bonus to wearing your hair straight is when you wash it,it goes right back to those curly locks you love.

Color

There are lots of options when it comes to getting color. Using color on natural hair is actually a lot safer than using it on relaxed hair because your hair isn’t being double processed. So go crazy with color and get that unique style you’ve been looking for.

Dread Locks If your looking for a hairstlye thats a bit more permanate and still has that versitility that you’re looking for then this is a perfect style for you. Its still a natural style and can also have colr added to it. but if you don’t like them you can always cut them off and start your natural hair journey over.
