To make a
Candied Apple Taco
Makes four • 4 mini tacos. • 1/4 jar of Nutella or other chocolate spread. • 4 heaped tablespoons of marshmallows. • 4 scoops of rum and raisin ice cream - slightly fl attened to allow the taco to curl. • 1 tin of cocktail apples drained. • 3 Bramley apples peeled and de-cored and made into apple sauce with 6 tablespoons of caster sugar (simply heat up and gently cook until the apple cooks and puree with a stick blender
and place in a squeezy bottle to pipe on the tacos). • Dust with chocolate shards and cinnamon and serve hot.
