HOW TO ORNA MENT YOUR BODY
1. Get dressed. Then change. Change once more.
2. Keep adding to your body-assemblage.
3. Remove one thing, out of respect for the minimalists.
4. Place your palm on your chest. Contemplate gratitude as a physical feeling.
4. Wiggle around until you find a comfortable position.
5. What does it feel like to be (in/around/and) your body today?
6. Let out a scream and feel it escape your throat.
6. Accumulate residues of the day. Allow them to alter you.
