Historic Museum Of Panama
Bachelor Project (B. ARCHITECTURE - 2015) The project assigned consisted of developing a cultural center that contains the history of the evolution of Panama through the years. The initial shape of the museum was “rocks that evolved to a skyline stating how since the beginning our foundations were strong enough to become what we are today. This project has different spaces, each directed to a certain use: 1. Museum 2. Temporal Exhibitions 3. Restauration Labs 4. Kindergarten 5. Cafeteria 6. Library 7. Auditorium 8. Amphitheater Because of the closeness to an airport and a shopping mall, it is easy to reach it by car or by walking making it accessible for tourists and citizens.

FIVE-STAR HOTEL IN THE CITY CENTER Graduation Project (B. ARCHITECTURE - 2015)
The project assigned was to develop a concept for a five-star hotel in the city center. Panama is home to an international business center and also a transit country. Its strategic location on eastern end isthmus forming a land bridge connecting North and South America has brought the visiting tourist and business people. The project was to study how a five-star hotel was conceived, taking into account all the logistics that it takes to make the guests feel like home. The project involves a detailed structure design, making it functional and aesthetically pleasing to the city’s skyline. The hotel consists of four room models, reaching to a wider clientele. It was also taking into consideration the design of a convention center and a parking building making it easier for the guests and visitors to reach the hotel for any event during the year.

OIA TOWN AND HOTEL RESORT
Bachelor Project (B. ARCHITECTURE - 2014) The project assigned consisted in developing a design for a beach property owner that needed to build a complex of houses, apartments, hotel and social area for their guests and clients. The project is connected by a roundabout that leads to different streets where we can access the different spaces. There’s a private, direct access to the beach from the hotel and the apartments and the houses are connected to it by the social area. The housing complex consist of two model houses, each one of them has a pool and parking space. The hotel is connected to the buildings with a private social area, pool, and restaurant-bar; the apartments have as well a social area with pool and access to the beach. With this project, we satisfied the client need for offering his clients the most luxurious experience in the beach.

LUXURY LOFT FOR ARTIST 2nd SEMESTER (M. INTERIOR D.- 2017)
The project started with the presentation of the original floorplan that was located in Tuscany, Italy. The requirement of the project was to renew the space adapting it to a specific owner, in our case, a renowned fashion designer that wanted a house where he could go on his holidays to have a break, to entertain his A-list guests and also do a little work if he wanted to. We started the project by sectioning the different areas between private and public. The project is divided by volumes flowing across the original shell of the loft. By creating different level volumes we could achieve the perfect separation between spaces, which allowed us to play with the different views you could get from one space to the other. When you enter the loft, the main panorama you find is vintage pieces of clothing that our fashion designer loves to collect; you keep walking and the un-interrupted view leads your eyes across the foyer and into the backyard, where the surprise element when you walk in is the lowlevel living room. By using rich elements such as the parquet ribbon flooring and the marble details we achieved the eccentric design we wanted for our client, focusing on the grand interior architecture having itts center in the grandiose marble fireplace.

Design concept for GAP
1st SEMESTER (M. INTERIOR D. - 2018) In the constant changes that millenials have brought , there is one that can not be missed and is the neccesity of our workspace to be a place where besides doing the tasks we are hired for we need the mental and physical stimulation to produce the best. In the project for Office Design in the first semester we were asked to develop a different approach to the offices we are used to, and the brand we design this workplace for was GAP. Knowing the company’s style, very minimalistic and uncluttered approach, we decided to keep the buidling structure of wood, brick walls and decided to work with a polished concrete floor. Our colors were mostly the same palette GAP uses in their stores. For our floorplan we decided to add a big breakroom area that goes from inside to an outside garden and also we decided to keep a light visibility for the workers by not putting any heavy separations and just using clear glass with steel frames.

Design concept for GUCCI
1st SEMESTER (M. INTERIOR D.- 2018) The project assigned consisted in developing a new concept for the window displays of Gucci, in the city center of Florence, leading us to study in depth the history of the brand as it was born there. Our main goal was to understand the new philosophy of the creative director as we believe the window display is the reflection of the brand’s creativity to catch the client’s attention and at the same style highlighting our main product: shoes and bags. The main challenge was to come up with a unique idea, keeping the classy but not boring essence of Gucci as is approaching the new generation: The Millennials. Based in their Resort 2018 campaign we designed a renaissance disco theme for both windows, taking the main inspiration of Alessandro Michelle in Elton John’s style. With a game of led lights in a hue of purple and lilac, we created the environment of a 70’s disco with a renaissance architecture, giving enough light for the products to shine.
