However, this season peaks with the trendy and airy appearance of a new select family member, Ivory. In leaving a unique footprint on the Bloomingville journey, we also celebrate the occasion by introducing three extraordinary Anniversary editions – all designed with the famed Scandinavian aesthetics in mind. Lemon & elderflower fizz Ingredients: 25 ml gin 15 ml elderflower cordial 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 50 ml prosecco 1 tbsp lemon sorbet 2 tsp caster sugar Decoration: 2 tbsp caster sugar Lemon juice Pieces of lemon zest, made using a vegetable peeler
Decorate cocktail glasses with a sugar rim. Tip the sugar onto a plate and pour the lemon juice into a bowl. First dip the rim of each glass in the juice, then in the sugar. Add the gin, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Shake for one minute. Stir in the lemon sorbet. Strain the cocktail into glasses and top up with prosecco. Garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
Serve your cocktails on a beautiful silver tray as the finishing
