How to access the Jangro Mobile App Note – all images shown are based on an Apple mobile device and others may vary slightly. Step 1 - Download the Jangro App from your relevant store.
Step 2 When you first open the App you will be asked to populate the 3 fields shown. The System key is

Step 3 - Once you have entered your details press/click on the ‘Done’ button icon.
Step 4 - Your device will now synchronise with the server to ensure you have all the latest available content.
Step 5 You will now be presented with your dashboard where you can access any available content. Currently you should be able to access 25 animated Product Usage Guides (PUG’s) under the ‘Videos’ icon and 3 PDF’s under the ‘Documents’ icon.
You can also scroll down the screen to access the QR code icon to scan the codes (see image below) that appear in the Jangro catalogue.
This will lead you to information on products by section that you can scroll through and press/click on.
Selecting an individual product will lead to information on the selected product plus PDF’s available on COSHH, Product Usage Guide and Risk Assessment.
Step 6 When you have finished viewing the information return to the dashboard by using the dashboard icon in the top left corner and then select another icon. If you have finished completely then exit the App in the usual way that is appropriate to your mobile device. Step 7 The next time you enter the Jangro Mobile App you will be asked if you would like to ’Refresh the content from the server?’ If you click/press ‘Skip’ then you will continue to the dashboard and the content you have previously viewed will be in its last state of usage. Or if you click/press ‘Yes’ then the content will return to its original state ready to access/demo from the beginning.
