The Warmth of Family
Fun, food, and, most importantly, family were the day’s goals during the Two Homes, One Family barbecue picnic held last 1 December 2019 at Chung Pui Barbecue Site along Bride’s Pool Road in Shuen Wan.
Parents, students, and teachers, led by Principal Kwok, were greeted with a magnificent view of the adjacent Plover Cove Country Park. The day itself was cool and sunny, making it perfect for playing some games.

By noon, it was time to refuel hungry tummies with a wide selection of BBQ. Some families brought their own food which was more than enough to share with everyone.
After lunch, YPICA’s big family gathered again to play BINGO and raffle off some prizes in the Lucky Draw. The following weeks were going to be much cooler, but the warmth experienced on our Two Homes, One Family picnic would last throughout the cold winter months.
