About Us
Distinguished Homes is a full-service home staging and interior design company located in West Michigan. Our goal is to provide the clients of Jaqua Realtors a positive experience in readying their home for the real estate market. We are also available to assist new homeowners with their design goals.
Johanna Jaeck Johanna’s impressive credentials and experience as an Accredited Staging Professional® allow her to consistently surpass expectations. Houses are transformed into homes: sophisticated, picturesque spaces relatable to any buyer.
Peg Dorgan Peg has 33 years experience cleaning residential, commercial and new construction properties. Her certification from Transformations School of Staging & Redesign in 2014 allowed her to create a full-service menu for her clients selling their homes. Peg is extremely dedicated to helping her clients navigate the home selling process and ensuring a market ready property.
Kelcey Dillon Kelcey began working in the field of market ready home preparation in 2018 and quickly gained a meticulous eye for perfection. Her experience with residential and commercial cleaning, home organization and knowledge of home repair allows Kelcey to effectively prepare homes for the market. Her drive, compassion and dedication provide our clients comfort and ease through the entire process.

Virtual Photo Staging This service places stylish furniture, artwork and décor into photos of vacant properties. It serves as an economical choice for showing your listing as a desirable, well designed space. We can create rooms of any style, from modern to traditional. The most realistic virtually staged houses start with professionally taken photos. If vacant photos are not available for a property, we offer item removal. We can remove light furniture and clutter from your photo to make the room “vacant” to allow for better staging.

Professional Organizing Consultation Consultation
A great organizing project starts with a great consultation. During this initial visit, we will evaluate the problem areas of your home, take photos, and discuss your habits, tendencies, and lifestyle to come up with solutions to help you stay organized. During our in-home consultations, we want to GIVE you our ideas and suggestions for the cluttered areas of your home. These ideas might include space planning, organizing tools, paper management, organizing kid’s chores, and systems put in place to help you manage your home and life. When our team member arrives at your home for your consultation, have your paper and pen handy and be ready to take notes. Afterwards, you can make the decision to use our suggestions and do the work yourself, or you may choose to hire our organizers to do the work for you, often with better and faster results. Additional organization assistance available at an hourly rate.
Cleaning and De-cluttering Market Ready Cleaning Our cleaning services make sure your home makes the best possible first impression and makes the selling process a snap. With over 35 years of combined experience in high-end residential and commercial cleaning, we know how to efficiently prepare your home for sale with a deep clean.
De-Cluttering We help neutralize the home regarding personal items or taste. Distractions are removed to allow buyers a blank canvas on which to project their own style. This is an important step in preparing your home for the market to ensure it shows at its very best the first time.
