As a lifelong resident of the Southwest Michigan area and an entrepreneur within the business arena, I have the experience from a management and owner perspective. In building my foundation, I wanted my philosophies to be reinventing, rediscovering and repositioning. As a REALTOR®, my background in business played an important role in building my career. A strong value system was part of my life growing up and my involvement within the community is imperative to my success.

I am certified in the Corporate Relocation arena and hold designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Informed about the community, I have a vast number of resources that are a benefit to my clients.

My family life continues to grow as my husband and I have 5 children and 8 grandchildren, which keeps us active in the community. As a past member of the Portage Public Schools Angling Road PTO, I have chaired many positions throughout the organization. I am a member of the Portage Garden Club, and have a passion for the arts. Currently a HAP (South Bend Hoosier Art Patron) and have served on the board of directors for the Vicksburg Cultural Arts Center. As an animal enthusiast, I show and breed Australian Shepherds for conformation and performance. Active in the American Kennel Club, Australian Shepherd Club of America, The United Kennel Club and a founding member and on the board of directors with the Michiana Australian Shepherd Association.

I have excellent problem solving skills and am attentive to my clients goals. I am passionate about the home buying and selling process and understand the obstacles my clients face. My solution is to exceed expectations through delivering exceptional service and seamless transactions.

Virtual Photo Staging

This service places stylish furniture, artwork and decor into photos of vacant properties, allowing buyers to visualize themselves in the home. It serves as an economical choice for showing your listing as a desirable, well designed space. We can create rooms of any style, from Modern to Traditional. The most realistic virtually staged houses start with high quality photos, so professionally taken photos are recommended.

Professional Photography & Videography

A professional photography session will be scheduled for your property. The high-end, quality photos produced by our photography department will showcase your home’s amenities, creating added interest from potential buyers.

Walk-through videos are used because Real Estate videos are the key to attracting buyer’s by visually showcasing your home and it’s features. Jodi offers professional videos of each of her listings to give the buyers a complete walk-through without ever leaving the house. Comparative Market Analysis

Comparable sales are properties closely resembling your home that have sold within a similar time frame. Factors affecting your home’s market value:

Determining Your Homes’ Market Value.

A comparative market analysis, or CMA, is an effective tool for estimating your homes’ value. As a real estate professional, I provide a complimentary CMA to those interested in determining the value of their home under the current market conditions. A thorough CMA includes a comparison of similar sold properties, as well as properties that are currently on the market.

Pricing Strategy

The price of your home is critical to the selling process. Your home must be priced strategically in order to sell for list price but also to sell in a reasonable amount of time. Your home should be priced to appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers. As your agent, I will incorporate your financial goals, the market value of your home and other selling objectives into your personal pricing strategy.
