As a REALTOR for over 20 years, my commitment to excellence and exceeding my clients expectations is a strong part of my foundation. I am certified in the Corporate Relocation arena and hold designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Informed about the community, I have a vast number of resources that are a benefit to my clients.
My family life continues to grow as my husband and I have 5 children and 8 grandchildren, which keeps us active in the community. As a past member of the Portage Public Schools Angling Road PTO, I have chaired many positions throughout the organization. I am a member of the Portage Garden Club, and have a passion for the arts. Currently a HAP (South Bend Hoosier Art Patron) and have served on the board of directors for the Vicksburg Cultural Arts Center. As an animal enthusiast, I show and breed Australian Shepherds for conformation and performance. Active in the American Kennel Club, Australian Shepherd Club of America, The United Kennel Club and a founding member and on the board of directors with the Michiana Australian Shepherd Association.

A comparative market analysis, or CMA, is an effective tool for estimating your homes’ value. As a real estate professional, I provide a complimentary CMA to those interested in determining the value of their home under the current market conditions. A thorough CMA includes a comparison of similar sold properties, as well as properties that are currently on the market.
The price of your home is critical to the selling process. Your home must be priced strategically in order to sell for list price but also to sell in a reasonable amount of time. Your home should be priced to appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers. As your agent, I will incorporate your financial goals, the market value of your home and other selling objectives into your personal pricing strategy.
Homes that have sold within the last three to six months are used as comparable sales to best indicate the current value of your home.
