Meet Dennis Bronson

A native of South Haven, I have been in the Real Estate business in West Michigan for 30 years. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. After great culinary sucess in New York City and Houston, Texas, he returned home where he established and operated three locations of the Upper Crust Restaurants. After 27 years as an entreprenaur and a background in customer service and the hospitality industry, a career in real estate was a natural transition. His greatest strengths are his communication skills and passion for assisting and counseling clients. I have served 6 years on the GKAR Board of Directors and MLS committee. He has also served on the Grievance Committee and REALTOR of the Year Committee. I have attended multiple state and National Association of Realtors conferences and enjoy continually learning and developing as an agent.

Jodi offers professional videos of each of her listings to give the buyers a complete walkthrough without ever leaving the house. Pricing Strategy

The price of your home is critical to the selling process. Your home must be priced strategically in order to sell for list price but also to sell in a reasonable amount of time.
