Over recent months, work has been underway on the ground floor to improve and extend our successful Beauty Hall, and we do hope you enjoy exploring the many improvements that we have made. Walk through the new corner entrance and discover our world of premium colour. We are delighted to welcome two new brands to this area. One is the makeup phenomenon that has taken the UK by storm and is exclusive to Jarrolds – Charlotte Tilbury – and the other is the classically beautiful, iconic, and much loved Bobbi Brown.

the Retreat – a luxurious and tranquil haven that offers a wide range of holistic therapies.

The new skincare hub includes brands such as Clarins, Clinique, Lancome, Dr Hauschka, Darphin, and a wide range of electrical beauty, with lots of quiet corners to discuss all your skincare needs; and two of our most popular lifestyle ranges – Molton Brown and L’Occitane – now have their very own island site.

The Fine Fragrance Hall is looking stunning in its new location in the centre of the ground floor. Renowned for many niche and exclusive ranges including Creed, Acqua di Parma, Penhaligon’s and Amouage, it now adjoins an extensive range of luxury bath and body and an exciting new addition – a premium Home Fragrance department including new collections from Esteban, Archipelago and The Very Nature. Tom Ford is also more spacious now for that ultimate premium consultation.
