The creation of a micro-community is complete in the first stage. The Prima building encapsulates the greater SugarTree development, comprising of 148 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, fifteen ground floor commercial units, some with mezzanine floors and two levels of underground parking. The stone paved courtyard has discreet seating areas framed by beautiful trees and water features.

CENTRO / Late 2015* The completion of the Centro building marks the second phase of development. Housing around 220 one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a four-bedroom rooftop penthouse. AN EXPERT TEAM – A handpicked group of experts operating as Lily Nelson Limited Partnership have collaborated in the development of SugarTree. The team is headed by Wayne Allen, a highly experienced, Auckland developer with many successful projects complete and others underway. Allen is assisted by Darren Brown who has a background in senior management, property, business and property finance. The remaining partners are a group of established off-shore investors who have a large and diverse folio of construction and commercial ventures around the world. With their various business backgrounds, financial backing and property development expertise, they bring a wealth of experience and capability to this project.
