SELLING OVER SUMMER There’s little doubt that spring is the season when most people contemplate selling their home. But that doesn’t mean no one sells in summer or that there are no buyers out there. Preparing your property for a sizzling summer sale is no different to other times of the year. De-cluttering, completing any maintenance jobs as well as a coat of paint where needed are all constructive ways to guarantee you showcase your place in the best possible light. Gardens tend to grow more vigorously over summer though so more regular mowing and weeding may be required before and during the sales campaign.
